A way of counting music. Used to signify one beat of the music for one movement or step. ("1, 2, 3, 4" etc)

- Trained in Dance from the age of 4, I have always had some sort of foot on the dance floor. Recently, this has taken form in Ballroom and Latin dances as well as Lindy Hop and Argentine Tango.
